Vehicle Loading Policy

New Steel Solution is obligated to follow state regulations regarding the safe loading of vehicles entering its premises and subsequently transporting materials on roads of NSW.

For the safety of everyone concerned, naturally it is our wish that all customer comply with these government regulations.New Steel Solution accepts No liability and has NO authority to decide if the customer vehicle it fit to transport materials being loaded by our staff.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer/operator to ensure his/her vehicle is fit for this purpose and has also followed the appropriate load restraint procedures according to the size,shape and weight of the materials being loaded on the vehicle. 

For the purposes of the above, we offer some basic guidelines provided by NSW government for your assistance.These guidelines can be viewed in the main office or at the waiting area outside the yellow gate in the warehouse.
